If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us right away so that we can resolve any issues for you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) so that we can replace or refund your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet please check with your bank, as each bank has their own processing time for refunds. If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form on our website so that we can look into the issue.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us page on our website.
